Shop Assistant- Hello! Can I help you?

Customer- Hello! Yes, I need some help. I don’t know if I will buy a coat or some shoes. Those pink shoes, they are lovely…

Shop Assistant- Yes, they are, aren't they? Do you want to try them on? What is your size?

Customer- Thirty-eight, please!

Shop Assistant- Sorry, but we haven’t got that size in that color. During the sales we have only got some sizes.

Customer- And the size thirty-eight in black?

Shop Assistant- Well, I will check. Wait a moment please.

Shop Assistant- Yes, we have a size thirty-eight in black. Would you try them on?

Customer- Yes, of course! Thank you. They are lovely too and they are more discreet.

Shop Assistant- They look really nice and suit you perfectly! Do you want to try on any coat?

Customer- Well I don’t know… I think I will not try on any coat because I will be more hesitant! I will take only the shoes. How much are they?

Shop Assistant- Thirty pounds.

Customer- Here you are. Thank you very much. Bye!

Shop Assistant- Bye.

Being a teenager in Portugal

Being a teenager in Portugal is more or less a funny thing. On the one hand, it can be bad because Portugal is going through an economic/social crisis and because of that, Portugal is a poor country.
Nowadays, people in general and specially teenagers, cannot spend so much money in unnecessary things like in other times...
On the other hand, living in Portugal can be good because all of us have freedom to do our choices, Portugal is a country that isn't involved in any war and there are some good laws in our Constitution, for example: smoking and drinking is allowed only to people over sixteen years old...

Internet and I

The Internet is a good thing for me. I use it for many things.
I like playing online games, watching video clips and downloading music and films. I use Google a lot for school work. I also watch football games: I go to sport sites and enjoy the match from the first row, specially when Benfica is playing. I meet my friends on messenger and facebook. I like that very much because they tell me the latest most important and fun news and gossips....
As far as online games are concerned, my favourites are strategy games.

The film is about a young girl called Annie.
On her 14th birthday she received a laptop. She makes a friend online called Charlie, who turns to be a thirty-five-year old man and a predator (pedophile). Then, she met him and he raped her.
Her best friend told the headmaster what was going on and the F.B.I. was alerted too.
All security measures were taken but Charlie was never found.

The means of communication are important to inform us about the world and to provide communication. Television is good because we can watch it and relax at the same time. Besides we can watch the news about the world and learn new things.
we also have the computer that we can use to work, do research, surf on the web and chat or communicate with friends.
Besides this, we also have the telephone, the newspaper an magazines.With the telephone we can contact anybody at any time, and it is good to help us when we have a problem and need help.The newspaper and magazines, only give us written information about important facts, famous people or scientific themes.
The means of communication are important in the world.
